Kapekace promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time and everywhere in India!! If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us!

What is the Delivery Time Period?

The standard delivery timeline will be 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. For remote locations the time span can be 2 to 5 working days.

If you have ordered a product from our Customised Collection or Exclusive collection, it will take approximately 15 to 20 business days for delivery.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you.

If your order has multiple products, these may get shipped from different locations in separate shipments and you will be notified via email communication regarding the same.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order and send an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the undelivered part of the order shall be refunded to the same mode that the payment was made in.

For prepaid payments, you shall receive your money in the original mode that was used at the time of purchase.

If you have accepted the delivery of your order and then noticed that it is not in good condition, is damaged, defective, incorrect or there is a discrepancy in order delivery, we request you write to us on help.kapekace@gmail.com and share images of the product and packaging within 24 hours working days from the date of receipt of delivery SMS or email communication. Your request shall not be accepted if this is not done within the stipulated period mentioned.

In case our courier partner is unable to deliver your order within the stipulated timeframe, the shipment will be returned to us (RTO) and a refund will be processed in the same payment mode that was used while placing the order. For orders placed via COD, refunds are not applicable.
